The shortest privacy policy
we could honestly write.
This page is about this website. What the StudioKeeper software does with your work is set out on the ethics page, and the two agree.
What we collect when you visit
Measured on the site as it stands, not copied from a template.
📝The contact form
First name, last name, email, subject and message. It is stored on this site and emailed to us so that a person can reply. We do not record your IP address with it.
🚫No analytics, no pixels
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording here. We do not know who you are or which pages you read.
🍪One cookie you did not choose
Cloudflare sit in front of this site and set a bot-detection cookie called __cf_bm. It lasts about half an hour and tells us nothing about you.
Where a page load goes besides us
The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request and, with it, your IP address. Serving the fonts from our own server would remove that, and it is on the list.
Everything else on a page comes from us. No other company is asked for a file.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write through the contact page and a person will action it rather than a queue.
We keep a message while we are answering it, and for as long as we might reasonably need it to answer a follow up. After that it is deleted. If you think we have got something wrong and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Who is accountable for this
StudioKeeper is made by Optykl Group Pty Ltd in Hobart, Tasmania. We decide what this site collects, so we are the ones answerable for it.

The limits are the product
No generated artwork, no training on your work, no buyer details recorded, no valuations and no authentication claims. Seven limits, each one enforced in code and testable on your first day.
