We built this because
our own artists needed it.
StudioKeeper comes from Artflair, an Australian gallery for original art, and from Optykl Group in Hobart.
From a gallery, not a lab
We watched good artists lose weekends to admin, then price their work by guessing, then never follow up the one person who actually asked.
None of that is a talent problem. It is a systems problem, and systems are buildable.
Four positions we will not trade away
Every argument inside the product gets settled against these.
🎨The work is the artist's
Every product decision starts there. It is why StudioKeeper will not generate artwork, will not train on yours, and will not put its name on your words.
⚖️Honest beats impressive
A tool that says I do not know is worth more than one that invents a confident answer. StudioKeeper tells you when a record is thin and when a measurement is only estimated.
🔕Artists are not a funnel
No streaks, no scores, no badges and no nagging. A missed month is a missed month, and the software will not have an opinion about it.
🇦🇺Australian, and specific about it
Prices in dollars, spelling in English, dates in the order we write them, and a calendar that knows when Father's Day actually falls here.
Where Kloey stays silent
Kloey, your writing assistant, never writes cultural content on an artist’s behalf, never suggests a First Nations observance to post about, and never guesses at cultural identity.
Where an artist supplies such content, it is used exactly as they wrote it, or not at all.
Built in Hobart, for artists anywhere
StudioKeeper by Artflair. A small team, a long list of things we will not do, and twenty-nine tools that keep the admin out of your studio time.
