The business of being
an artist, handled.
StudioKeeper writes, records and shows your work the way galleries and buyers expect. It never makes art. That part stays yours.
Twenty-nine tools. One record per work. Nothing invented.
Catalogue it once then
never type it again
Type a dimension once. The description, the certificate, the wall label and the listing all read from the same record.
Written in your voice
A short profile teaches Kloey, your writing assistant, how you write. Statements, bios, descriptions and titles come back sounding like you, as drafts you edit.
Your own patterns
Your own price per square centimetre by medium, and how long each kind of work takes to sell. Your figures, never the market’s.
On a real wall
Your painting placed in a measured room at true scale, with the frame built and the light read from the scene. The artwork is never altered.
Never miss a deadline
Prizes, open calls and grants with the deadline counting down. An acceptance becomes a line on your CV with one click.
Know what it cost you
Your materials at your prices and your hours at your rate, so you know what a work cost before you decide what it is worth.
What StudioKeeper will
and will not do for you
One record, every tool
Catalogue a work once. The description, the certificate, the labels and the listing all read from that one record.
Written in your voice
A fifteen minute profile teaches Kloey how you sound. Every draft is checked against it before you ever see it.
It never makes art
No image generation of any kind, and none planned. The work is yours and it stays that way.
True scale, untouched
Calibrated rooms with measured dimensions, so a 90 by 120 centimetre painting looks like one. Your artwork is never repainted.
Your buyer stays private
A sale is recorded as a sale. There is no field for a buyer name, and no column for one in the export.
No commission, ever
We charge for the tools. What you sell your work for is entirely yours, every time.
Built with artists in Hobart
StudioKeeper comes from Artflair, an Australian gallery for original art, and from Optykl Group in Hobart. Three positions we hold, in our own words.
🎨On making art
StudioKeeper has no image generation of any kind, and none is planned. It will not make art in your style, or as a starting point.
🔒On your buyers
There is no field for a buyer's name in a sale record, and no column for one in the export. A sale is recorded as a sale.
💰On pricing
StudioKeeper adds up your own costs and shows you your own history. It holds no price list and has no opinion on what you should charge.
One subscription. No commission.
💸Nothing taken from your sales
Sell a work for four hundred dollars or four thousand. StudioKeeper's price does not move and no percentage is taken.
📦Your data leaves when you do
One click, standard spreadsheet and JSON files. No negotiation and no exit interview.
✅Every draft needs your yes
Nothing publishes itself and nothing is sent on your behalf, on any plan, at any price.
The tiers are being set with the first cohort of artists rather than guessed at in advance. Everything above is already decided and will not move.
Questions artists actually ask
The things artists ask before they trust a tool with their work.
1. 🎨 Will StudioKeeper make art for me?
2. 🧠 Will my work be used to train AI?
3. 💰 Will it tell me what to price my work at?
4. 🔒 What happens to my buyer's details?
