Most companies put this on a policy page nobody reads. Ours is built into the software, so here is exactly what it does.

What StudioKeeper will not do

Not aspirations. Each one is enforced in code, and each one is testable on your first day.

🚫We do not generate artwork

There is no button for it anywhere in the software, and there is no plan to add one.

🧠We do not train on your work

Your images and your words are not used to train any model, ours or anybody else's.

🤐We do not record your buyers

There is no field for a buyer's name in the sale record and no column for one in the export. Type an email address into a note and StudioKeeper refuses to save it, and tells you why.

💰We do not value your work

StudioKeeper adds up your own costs and shows you your own history. It has no price list and no opinion about what a painting is worth.

🧾We do not authenticate

Your certificate is issued by you. It never says a third party verified anything, because none did.

✅You approve everything

Nothing publishes itself and nothing is sent in your name.

📦Your data leaves when you do

One click, standard formats, no negotiation and no exit interview.

Short answers, and none of them hedged.

🎨Will StudioKeeper make art for me?

No. It has no image generation of any kind, and that is not planned.

🧠Will my work be used to train AI?

No.

🗣️Does it write in my voice or its own?

Yours. The profile you fill in at the start teaches it how you write, and every draft is checked against it. It is a first draft you edit, not a finished piece.

💻Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Every tool is a short form with plain questions. There is no prompt to write and nothing to configure.

🔒What happens to my buyer's details?

Nothing, because StudioKeeper never holds them. Your sale record has a date, a price, an invoice number and a city.

💰Will it tell me what to price my work at?

No, and it will not pretend to know. It will show you what a piece cost you to make and what your own past sales did.

📤Can I get my data out?

Yes, any time, in one click, as spreadsheet and JSON files.

🖼️Do I need to be with Artflair to use it?

No.

💸What does it cost?

Pricing is being set with the first cohort of artists. Ask and we will tell you where it has landed.
